DESIGNING IMAGINED FUTURES
Sponsored by FORM in Perth, Australia, Re+Public [Heavy + PAC] joined 30 other international artists as a part of the PUBLIC festival. Re+Public completed two small murals on Murray st. across from the IBIS hotel, and a larger mural on Wolf Lane. Additionally, our murals appeared in bus stop shelters around the city. These murals are digitally activated in mobile augmented reality [AR]. Users can interact with the mural by touching either "production" or "beauty". This choice forms an anonymous data set, which could potentially develop into more intentional information with regard to how citizens interact with the urban space that surrounds them.
